About Ella
With over 9 years of recruitment experience in total, Ella has worked in the Therapies market supplying Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language therapists, Dietitians and Podiatrists to both the NHS and private organisations since starting her career in 2014. Ella began as a recruitment consultant and within 2 years was promoted to Team Leader of the desk. She is now one of the Associate Directors of Blackstone Recruitment within our Healthcare business.
Ella uses her Business Management degree in her role each day as she builds great client relationships and organises her candidates well. Whilst studying Ella gained sales experience working in a call centre, generating leads, selling renewable energy and home improvements. This was a great introduction to the market and helped determine her next career plans.
Ella enjoys leading a team and motivating each one to achieve their goals individually and is described by her peers as an optimist, who always sees the best in every situation. She has a personable approach and gets to know her clients and candidates well and has more recently grown a niche Special educational needs (Therapies) business alongside the current desk, working with specialist private clients and charities to supply staff to SEN schools, colleges, and clinics. Ella has grown both locum and permanent business successfully.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys reading self-care and motivational books. She also has a keen interest in astrology and keeping fit in the gym.
