About Kirsty
Kirsty has over 7 years of recruitment experience, beginning as a Recruitment resourcer in 2016, moving up to a Recruitment Consultant in 2017 and heading up our Mental Health division at Blackstone Recruitment. She recently got promoted to Operational Director!
Kirsty comes from a background in Psychology, having studied it at university, and therefore has a strong personal interest in the area in which she recruits. Consequently, she is very passionate about her role and thrives off building strong and personable relationships with both her candidates and clients. She undertakes her role with integrity and dedication using both her knowledge of the Mental Health market and her determination to provide the best possible recruitment Service. Kirsty is a natural leader who enjoys helping others and her team to reach their full potential.
One of her favourite places to visit in the UK is Brighton, where she lived for 3 years while at University.
