Job Summary:
The school is a special needs school in Huntingdon that caters for 3-19 year olds. We are seeking an outstanding early years practitioner to reopen their newly refurbished early years provision (nursery and reception class) which includes classroom space, interventions room and new outdoor provision with a Forest School.
All pupils have special needs and disabilities and enjoy their learning and would like a teacher to support them to achieve success. The school has excellent facilities and the support of experienced and friendly teaching assistants who work as a class team.
Experience of Special Needs is desirable. This post is suitable for teachers who would like to develop special school experience in their career. Candidates transferring from mainstream and ECTs are warmly welcome.
All appointments are subject to satisfactory references and checks, (including an enhanced children and adults DBS check, On-line search in line with KCSIE ’24, Barred List Check 99, Prohibition from Teaching (128 check) and health checks).
