Blackstone Recruitment are currently working with an Alternative Provision in Havering. The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant to support students on a 1:1 basis in KS3 – KS4.
The students in the school are aged 11 - 16 years old.
The Opportunity:
- You will be part of a team that can support you with the way you handle challenging behaviour.
- The school has mentioned that they focus on “Mentoring, personal development and work experience are important elements to the programme.”
- You will be part of a school that is adaptable to your ideas in helping students on a 1:1 basis.
- The pay rate will be £90 – 115 per day, this can be negotiated.
