Job Summary:
- Delivery of a high-quality, ward-based pharmacy service including drug supply, review of highly complex medication regimens, medicine reconciliation and discharge planning
Person Specification
- Registered Pharmacist (GPhC) with MPharm degree
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience of day to day management of clinical trials
- UK Hospital experience in inpatient wards is essential
- They must have previous experience working in an NHS Hospital
