Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Hourly Rate: £45 to £50 per hour
Working hours: Out of hours. Evenings 630pm to 11pm / Overnights 630pm to 8am / Weekends 8am to 11pm
Payment Method: Umbrella or PAYE
Contract Type: Locum
Contract Length: Ongoing
Job Summary:
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions and care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions and complex needs.
- Clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly.
- Proactively identify, diagnose and manage treatment plans for patients at risk of developing a long-term condition (as appropriate).
- Post registration experience in at least one of the following areas, relating to the service applying for: Out of Hours Urgent Primary care, General practice, walk in centre, A&E, Community or Intermediate Care beds (Care Home).
- Willing to undertake face to face consultations including home visits
- Ability to conduct remote consultations/assessments
- Preferred skill experience in Adastra and EMIS (training if Req in Adastra)
Essential Candidate Criteria:
- Full NMC Registration or HCPC registration with no restrictions
- BSC Qualification in Nursing/Post Grad certificate
- MSc Master of Science Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Experience of working in urgent care and/or primary care
