Job Summary:
- Psychiatric liaison practitioner.
- Providing mental health biopsychosocial assessments to adults over the age of 18 who are referred to the service.
- Care planning and liaising with support networks to coordinate safe discharge plans
Essential Candidate Criteria:
- Degree in Nursing
- NMC Pin Registered
- Right to work in the UK
